Fruit Salad

This fruit arrangement is the perfect centerpiece for brunches. The fruit is arranged into a beautiful and brightly colored spread, which allows for everyone to serve themselves. Rather than picking up a plastic platter of precut fruit from the grocery store, put in the extra effort and cut up some fruit yourself. This way everything is much fresher.

 

Ingredients:

1 mini watermelon, halved and cut into wedges  

1 medium cantaloupe, halved, seeded and cut into wedges

1 medium honeydew melon, halved, seeded and cut into wedges

1 bunch red grapes

1 bunch green grapes

½ pound strawberries, halved

2 cups bing cherries

1 cup raspberries

1 cup blueberries

 

Instructions:

On a large platter, arrange the wedges of watermelon, cantaloupe and melon. Arrange the grapes on the sides of the platter. Top with the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and cherries.

Serves 10.
